Amy Baldwin

Amy Baldwin

Billing Director

Amy has lived in the Flathead Valley for twenty-plus years, having relocated from Washington State in February of 1997. She was born in Laramie, Wyoming, and was raised in a military family which provided the opportunity to live in the Philippines and Germany, as well as several states.

In 1998, she decided her (then) four children were grown enough to allow her to go back to school and pursue a lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. Amy graduated with high honors from the University of Montana in December of 2004, and obtained a position as a 6th grade teacher here in the valley. Due to life changes, she left that position in the spring of 2010 and ironically never went back to teaching.

A series of retail jobs left her unfulfilled, and in the fall of 2014, she was hired for a medical billing position with a company in Kalispell, where she worked until coming aboard as the Billing Director for Berube Physical Therapy, Inc, in April of 2017. Medical billing requires a joy of learning new things, lots of detective work, and a dogged determination to achieve goals - all of these are reasons Amy enjoys her job. Nothing makes her happier than seeing patients get the care they need with as little stress possible. To that end, she strives to do everything within her power to get patient claims paid for by their insurance - from obtaining pre-authorization to sending out error-free claims.

Amy married Joe Baldwin of Kalispell in March 2015. Their combined family includes 6 children, five grandchildren, and two dogs. In her free time, Amy enjoys camping, walking, water aerobics, yoga, and most of all, singing and playing guitar.

Meet The Kalispell Clinic:

Hailey Bennett

Hailey Bennett

Director of First Impressions

I am from Las Vegas, NV, I have lived here in MT for six years now. I have a high school diploma, as well as Basic Training + AIT (Advanced Individualized Training) as a 92A (supply specialist) for the Montana Army National Guard.

I love interacting with the patients and hearing their backgrounds. I really enjoy getting to know everyone that walks through the door and being a positive outlook for them. Healing is a process, and in all aspects of the word should be uplifting and appealing.

Family is my first and foremost; I grew up as an only child living with my father in the outskirts of Sin City. Sharing family time and being so far from where I originated from has been a challenge, but I take a quick trip to revisit as often as I can. My fiance and I are busy and working hard to create a happy and healthy life for ourselves, so on our down time, we typically lay low and catch up on our relaxation, or head up to Glacier National Park for a quick hike and some sightseeing. I was injured during my military training and have not been as active as I once was, but with the help of the this phenomenal organization I am well on my way to healing.

Give Hailey a warm welcome next time you see her at the front desk of our Kalispell clinic!

She received her degree at Flathead Valley Community College graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant and receiving her AAS.

One of the highlighted aspects she enjoys about her career is that she gets to be a part of people's individual journeys and their road to recovery. To help people get back to living their lives and doing the things they love. Ally finds passion in being able to listen to what people have to say about their impairments, injuries and illnesses and applying unique physical therapy techniques such as manual therapy and strengthening exercises that will meet their individual goals.

Besides her wonderful husband, Josh who is supportive, caring and her best friend, Ally adores her two outstanding, smart and talented children, Jewell and Luke. Her father Shawn has been the biggest support, encouragement and loving father any daughter could ask for. They enjoy many activities together such as hiking, jogging, kayaking and enjoying wonderful Montana Berry Bowls when he comes to visit in Montana. Her family means the world to her and they enjoy being active outdoors and living the Montana way of life.

Ally enjoys anything that involves being outdoors or fitness related activities. She loves spending time in her garden, biking, kayaking, swimming, running, being on the ocean and the coast, Pilates, camping, hunting with her husband, and of course her most prized possession... her Toyota 4Runner.
