Dulcie Berube, BS, MSPT

Partner / Regional Director of Operations

Dulcie is a Columbia Falls native who was born and raised in Northwestern Montana. She attended Columbia Falls High School before continuing her education first at Montana State University in Bozeman, and then obtaining her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in Missoula.

Her career began in Helena, MT where she worked as an outpatient physical therapist and then as Director of Rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility. She returned home to the Flathead Valley in 2011 taking a position first as an Assistant Director of outpatient therapy at Immanuel Lutheran Skilled Care Center, and then transitioning into full time outpatient therapy.

In 2017 she decided to better serve her home town and the community of the Flathead Valley by branching off and opening Berube Physical Therapy.

Her experience includes neurological/stroke rehabilitation, total joint rehab, back and neck pain, joint therapy, aquatic therapy, and sports rehabilitation.

She lives in Columbia Falls with her family, where she is very active in the community!

Nick Emerson

Nick is a native of the Flathead valley and attended Columbia Falls High School, graduating in 2011. He attended University of Montana played basketball for 3 years. He then transferred to Lewis-Clark State College to finish his playing career and bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He followed his DPT pursuit in Arizona attending Franklin Pierce University.

He and his wife Brooke quickly decided to move back to the place they call home. They love spending time with family and friends. Nick is very excited to be back and looks forward to days on the river, in the mountains, or on the golf course.

His love for athletics drove his curiosity of human performance and rehabilitation. He now strives to help patients get back to the things they love doing most.

Tracy DeReu is a seasoned Front Desk Office Assistant with over 25 years of experience. Having held positions in the financial and medical fields, Tracy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various patients. Tracy is able to interact directly with potential and existing patients to meet their needs on everything from scheduling to explaining insurance benefits.

Tracy was born in Coeur d'Alene ID, where she grew up. She then moved to Libby MT her senior year to graduate from high school. After graduation Tracy traveled to and lived in MT, ID, WA, CO, AZ and IL. In 1990 Tracy and her husband of 28 years made Columbia Falls their final home. Tracy worked in both banking and medical fields after taking a short break to raise her 2 daughters.

Tracy makes it her goal to learn as much as she can about insurance so she would be able to help patients understand insurance and billing, helping to make every visit a better experience.

Tracy believes what keeps her so happy is to be content with being perfectly imperfect, working hard and doing your best, and trying to make friends anywhere you go.

Devyn Rocker

Devyn is a Columbia Falls native and graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 2011. He attended Montana State University, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Health Sciences. He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in Austin, TX from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in August of 2021.

Devyn and his wife, Bria, are extremely excited about the opportunity to move back home so they can spend more time with family and friends. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's on the water, hiking, playing golf, skiing, or ice fishing in the wintertime.

He has maintained a strong desire for athletics and human movement and wants to help patients reach their goals and enjoy this beautiful state

Sierra Crockford

Sierra Crockford was born and raised in the Ogden valley region of Utah. After high school she attended the University of Utah receiving her bachelors, then pursuing her doctorate at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. She has completed advanced training in pelvic health, sports rehabilitation and manual techniques via the institute of physical art. Sierra has a strong passion to see her patients achieve their goals and return to activities they love doing.

Sierra is an avid dog lover, outdoor enthusiast and loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Anne Fox

Anne Fox was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Growing up, Anne always had a love for sports, exercise, and the outdoors. To further pursue her love of nature, she moved to Montana to attend college, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science at Montana State University. She then moved back to New Mexico where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of New Mexico. Anne joined the team at Berube Physical Therapy so that she could work and live in the place she loves the most, Montana. Anne has a passion for human movement, and loves to help others understand how to move better so they can achieve their goals and live their best lives. When Anne isn't in the clinic, you can most likely find her hiking a mountain, fishing for trout, or skiing the slopes!

Kalani McLaughlin

Kalani McLaughlin

Physical Therapist Assistant

Kalani McLaughlin was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii and after graduating high school in 2008, he attended The University of Montana Western on a Football Scholarship. While competing at the collegiate level, he graduated with a BA in Health and Human Performance.

Kalani always wanted to be involved in the medical world and discovered the world of physical therapy during his time playing collegiate football. Witnessing multiple teammates encounter season altering -- and at times life-changing -- injuries, gave him the drive to study physical therapy and rehabilitative care.

After graduation In 2013, he and his wife, Molly, moved to the Flathead Valley where she began her teaching career and he began his career in physical therapy. Kalani graduated from FVCC in 2017 with an AAS in Physical Therapist Assistant. With a heavy sports background at the high school and collegiate level, both as a player and coach, Kalani finds treating sports and orthopedic injuries some of his favorite conditions to rehab.

Kalani lives in Kalispell, MT with his two Daughters and wife. They love to explore on random family trips and spend as much time outdoors during the warm weather, and spend just as much time on the mountains in the winter.

Aimee is the first face you will see in our Kalispell clinic! She has been married to her husband for 15 years and together they have 2 great sons. Aimee and her family love to take advantage of all the Flathead valley has to offer including hunting, boating, camping, snowmobiling, hiking and going 4x4ing.

She has lived in Montana for 5 years now and loves all the adventure the state provides.
