Amy has lived in the Flathead Valley for twenty-plus years, having relocated from Washington State in February of 1997. She was born in Laramie, Wyoming, and was raised in a military family which provided the opportunity to live in the Philippines and Germany, as well as several states.
In 1998, she decided her (then) four children were grown enough to allow her to go back to school and pursue a lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. Amy graduated with high honors from the University of Montana in December of 2004, and obtained a position as a 6th grade teacher here in the valley. Due to life changes, she left that position in the spring of 2010 and ironically never went back to teaching.
A series of retail jobs left her unfulfilled, and in the fall of 2014, she was hired for a medical billing position with a company in Kalispell, where she worked until coming aboard as the Billing Director for Berube Physical Therapy, Inc, in April of 2017. Medical billing requires a joy of learning new things, lots of detective work, and a dogged determination to achieve goals – all of these are reasons Amy enjoys her job. Nothing makes her happier than seeing patients get the care they need with as little stress possible. To that end, she strives to do everything within her power to get patient claims paid for by their insurance – from obtaining pre-authorization to sending out error-free claims.
Amy married Joe Baldwin of Kalispell in March 2015. Their combined family includes 6 children, five grandchildren, and two dogs. In her free time, Amy enjoys camping, walking, water aerobics, yoga, and most of all, singing and playing guitar.

Sean went to high school in Big Timber Montana where he enjoyed playing every sport they had to offer. He then moved on to MSU Bozeman where he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. After graduation Sean moved to Helena to become a personal trainer and to follow his future wife. While in Helena he loved personal training, but felt that he needed more stability in his career so he went back to school at MSU Great Falls and obtained his Physical Therapy Assistant degree.
His first job lead him and his wife to Newport Washington where he worked with a diverse group of people in the hospital. Working at the hospital gave Sean the opportunity to see a wide variety of diagnoses and this triggered his fascination for the many ways to treat and teach each person individually. Sean learned that no person is the same and one treatment does not work for everyone. He doesn’t have a specialty but has a desire to treat and heal each person to their specific needs. Sean relocated back to Montana with his wife to join the Berube Physical Therapy team. Welcome on board!
Josh is from Bend, Oregon and relocated here the beginning of November of this year. He received my doctorate of Physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego California before he landed in our beautiful Valley. Josh enjoys exploiting and demonstrating how fortunate we are to have bodies that work, function and perform at a level in which we demand. He thinks it’s great to have an opportunity to help people realize that a functional body, mobility and strength are a privilege and not a right and therefore we must take care of them. He would describe his specialty as: functional movement.
Josh’s parents and two older brother's/sister in laws still live in Bend, Oregon. He considers his brothers his best friends and feels fortunate to have a great family. In his spare time,he loves lifting weights, walking, skiing, fishing, hunting, woodworking and struggling to work on cars. You might catch him shredding the dance floor while country western dancing. Other loves are baseball and football, Josh had an opportunity to play them at a high level and enjoyed coaching them which is what he hopes to return to in the near future.
Ally is originally from Port Angeles, WA and moved to Kalispell Montana in 2015.
She received her degree at Flathead Valley Community College graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant and receiving her AAS.
Becoming a physical therapist assistant has been a personal goal for many years for Ally. One of the highlighted aspects she enjoys about her career is that she gets to be a part of people’s individual journeys and their road to recovery. To help people get back to living their lives and doing the things they love. Ally finds passion in being able to listen to what people have to say about their impairments, injuries and illnesses and applying unique physical therapy techniques such as manual therapy and strengthening exercises that will meet their individual goals.
Besides her wonderful husband, Josh who is supportive, caring and her best friend, Ally adores her two outstanding, smart and talented children, Jewell and Luke. Her father Shawn has been the biggest support, encouragement and loving father any daughter could ask for. They enjoy many activities together such as hiking, jogging, kayaking and enjoying wonderful Montana Berry Bowls when he comes to visit in Montana.
